Fire Supression

Since water and expensive electronic equipment do not mix, we remove any existing water sprinkler or fire suppression systems from our clients computer room. Each computer room is equipped with specialized equipment such as an Inergen or FM200 fire suppression systems with integrated heat and smoke detectors.
When a fire is detected, the system discharges introducing the proper mix of gasses that suppresses fires by lowering the oxygen content to a level that will not support combustion while adding a small amount of carbon dioxide to maintain a people-compatible environment. The gasses discharged will extinguish fires without causing damage to sensitive electronic equipment.
